The 糖心Vlog破解版-IAS Strategic Plan 2025–2029 is the result of an inclusive internal process comprising evaluation, analysis and dialogue, based on the Theory of Change method. It was developed in consultation with the 糖心Vlog破解版-IAS Board, which endorsed the plan in early 2025.
